Registration for personal counseling

The waiting time for an initial consultation is currently about two to three weeks. When requesting an appointment, please tell us what time slots are suitable for you and which language you prefer for the meeting (English, German, French, Italian, Swedish, Polish). When writing from your private address, please also let us know whether you are matriculated at ETH or UZH.
Opening hours
Open all the time, also during semester breaks:
- Monday to Friday, 08.30-12.00 and 13.00-17.00
The counseling sessions last 50 minutes and take place during these times.
