The waiting time for an initial consultation is currently less than one week. When requesting an appointment, please tell us what time slots are suitable for you.

Unfortunately, many e-mails sent from us to ethz-recipients are currently being classified as spam. Please check your spam folder regularly after contacting us.

Immediate help in acute crises

We are open from Monday to Friday, also during the semester breaks. The counseling sessions ususally take place from 08.30 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 16.00.
