Registration for personal counseling
We provide counseling to students and doctoral candidates at UZH and ETH who are facing academic or personal stress and/or mental health issues.
If psychotherapy is required, we can also support you in finding a suitable therapist. We do not offer psychotherapy itself.
The counseling is free of charge, confidential, and can be conducted in German, English, French or Italian.

The current waiting period is approximately two weeks.
ETH students with study-related issues can register here for counseling at the ETH Counselling & Coaching Center.
