Stress Management (English)

This workshop will give you a better understanding of the underlying mechanisms of stress and its connection to burnout. You will learn how to prevent severe stress by exploring various coping strategies to help you achieve greater balance in your life. The session will include theoretical input as well as group discussions and exercises. Active participation is expected.
